DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
This traineeship is in an Organization which organizes Tours, Pub crawls and activities for tourists that visit Lisbon. During the traineeship, the trainee is going to assist of the office work and will provide support on the organization and execution of several tasks related to Free Walking tours, Paid tours, Private tours, Boat trips, Dinners, Pub-crawl, etc.

LOCATION: Lisbon (Portugal)

MINIMUM DURATION: 3 months

START DATE: As soon as possible

REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferable background in Marketing; Communication, Tourism, Public Relations or related field;
- Ability to multi-task and take initiative
- Energetic and Resourcefull
- Flexible work schedule
- Knowing your way around Lisbon is preferable as well as experience with Boat parties

TASKS:

• Responsible for Managing Partners with regular visits.
• Distribution of promotional materials;
• Elaboration of Data base;
• Communication with travel agencies and local tourism offices;
• Management of promotional outdoor activities;
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success;
• Liaising with local businesses and the media
• Undertaking day-to-day centre management and administration
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Act as Brand ambassador and build meaningful relationships with our partners and clients

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week

LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:

• English B2/C1

FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION:

• Accommodation: 75 EUR per month
