REQUIREMENTS:

- Background in Tourism (preferable), business, sales, communication, languages and other related area.
- Communication skills and outgoing personality
- English fluency
- Adaptability and proactivity
- Sales skills

The company is always recruiting.
Working days and shifts rotate each week (2 days off a week included)

TASKS:

• Be a support superstar, helping clients during their Lisbon experience!
• Help preparing our tours, by doing check-in and assisting clients with anything they need before the tours take place
• Work alongside guides and the team to make sure guests are always happy.
• Help preparing our tours and get ready for incoming guests.
• Bookings and reservations
• Keep in touch with partners to help improve our services and tour experiences.
• Conduct fun interviews with customers to gather insights and feedback.

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week

LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:
