INT180: Tourism Management & Strategy Support

DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
This traineeship is in an Organization which provides support to international students in Lisbon in several areas.

LOCATION: Lisbon (Portugal)

MINIMUM DURATION: 3 months

START DATE: As soon as possible

AREA: BUSINESS - International studies, Hospitality management, Tourism

REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferable background in Marketing, Business Management or secretary.
- Social Media user experience
- Flexible Schedule
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Creativity, responsibility and organisational skills
- Fluent in English
- During the traineeship the trainee must have a Portuguese phone number (provided by the company)
- Experience in working with Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience in this area is valued

TASKS:

  • Provide support to the manager
  • Inventory Management
  • Marketing research of business activity
  • Data reports
  • Planning of activities
  • Corrdination with team members (bridge between manager and team members) and support to management
  • Logistics: prepare the different kind of promotions for parties and events, split and delegate tasks to the team members in the parties and events, split and delegate tasks to the team in the events; create and prepare material for themed events ; be part of the creation and schedule of the evenets of the semester.
  • Outsourcing to other companies and partnerships

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week

LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:

  • English B2/C1
